We went here in August 2022 for a tasting as set up by our host at B&B Casa Barolo (side note, wonderful stay there and great host).

This was an awesome, intimate tasting led by the father son combination who run the family business. They are very nice, welcoming and provide a great background /history of their wine and the region.

If you are looking to hear directly from the producers and taste the wine in an intimate setting straight from where it is made, this is the place to come. This is the winery and tasting I’d recommend if you are NOT looking for the big touristy wineries producing hundreds and thousands of bottles a year, and where you feel like you are just another guest. You are a friend here.

Also, the location of their place and the vines are a beautiful view.

We tried many different wines, and purchased a few to take home. Highly recommended for experienced wine enthusiasts, as well as introductory wine fans!!

We went here for a tasting that our hosts at B&B Casa Silvana help us set up, and let me tell you this gem is definitely worth a visit! We had tasted some barolos before and there was a world of difference with them and Rocche Viberti wines. We had no other option to buy some, and additionally they had a special wine in magnum bottles that was so intriguing we had to get one as well. We were hosted by the son and the father, who shared us their story and enlightened us on the differences between the different areas of Barolo. If you miss this one, you will be sorry!
