Would give zero if I could. Rent from them if you want shitty security leading to more than one burglary per month. Rent from them if you want them to not fix your doors or windows after said burglaries, violating California lease law requiring them to provide reasonable expectations of safety and privacy. Rent from them if you want them to withhold more than half of your security deposit due to damages from said burglaries, without telling you they had even inspected the property and without providing support for their charges. DO NOT RENT FROM STUHO. It would be better value to live on a Metro bench under a cardboard box.

Stuho was very easy to get in contact with and sign a lease with. Steffi was really helpful in terms of answering my questions and showing us places that worked with our budget. They were not too pushy which was really nice in comparison to other companies. The only downside is some of the properties are a little too pricey, but we were able to find something that worked for me and my roomie

I rented with Stuho at various locations for 3 out of my 4 years of college and was not disappointed. Particularly at the Vista Magnolia property, the staff were always kind, understanding, and willing to help. Throughout the years they have been very effective at fulfilling maintenance requests in a timely manner. Oftentimes, coming the same day to change lightbulbs, repair fixtures, and repaint walls. We even had a peeping Tom at one point, and they made sure to station an DPS officer at our corner and install flood lights. I appreciate the work they put into making these student communities as safe as possible!

Steffi at StuHo is absolutely the best! She is so helpful, patient, and always has a smile on her face. She responded to messages immediately and made sure we found the right place for all the students. If you’re looking for apartments near USC, definitely ask for Steffi!!

Living at The Shrine Collection by Stuho during my junior and senior years at USC was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Vanessa and Steffi, were incredibly helpful with everything from moving in to handling any repairs, which were always fixed immediately. For any larger repairs, the staff provided me with a temporary living accommodation in a nearby apartment, which was a huge relief. The community food events were wonderful too, with staff distributing free donuts, In-N-Out burgers, and tacos to Shrine residents every couple of weeks. The staff also organized monthly giveaways where I was able to win some cool USC merch. The overall service, friendly atmosphere, and attentive staff made Shrine a memorable and enjoyable place to live during my last 2 years at USC.

Scum of the earth. Do not listen to these fabricated reviews. Stuho does not deserve to be in business. Dishonest and shady business practices running slumlord student housing betting on young renters not knowing their rights. Aggressive and pushy when it comes to trying to coerce you to sign a predatory lease. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. Ron is okay.

I’ve been living in a stuho property for 2years and Ariel, the property manager has truly listened to my tenant needs and the company has been proactive in helping whenever an issue arises. My experience with stuho is great.

Probably the best housing option near USC. Finding housing near USC is so difficult, and most situations are less than ideal, but Stuho has made it so much easier and is the best option I can think of. I lived under Stuho managed properties for over two years and they have always been ethical, kind, and prompt when I have maintenance or other requests.
